Hey, all! I’m relatively inactive on Reddit, mostly just lurk, but I wanted to come here to request suggestions on what series to get into next. I’ve been using, and loving, the Dresden Files series by Jim Butcher to help myself stay focused at my slow and generally mindless job. However, I’ll be running out of books in the series relatively soon.
Wondering if anyone has some suggestions on similar books, either in subject matter (I love fantasy, both high fantasy and more modern fantasy. I especially love things heavily derivative of folklore, such as Dresden Files or the TV series Supernatural), writing style, or just general feeling of mystery and intrigue. I’m relatively ignorant of a lot of series that never really hit the public conscience in some way, so I’m very open to suggestions! Thanks in advance!
