Are there good novels told entirely through letters between two people?

I recently discovered the idea of epistolary stories (stories told through letters) and I really like the intimacy of the format.

I'm especially curious about stories where the whole narrative unfolds through letters between two characters.

A slow-burn relationship or emotional story told that way seems like it could feel very personal to read.

Does anyone know good examples of boos that do this well?
