I’m trying to find a book I saw recently but I forgot the name.
It’s a popular psychology / human behavior book, probably about body language or reading people. I remember seeing it in several comparison videos about psychology and manipulation/body-language books, so I think it’s fairly well known.
What I remember about it:
- The cover had a full human body (not just the head).
- It looked like a musculoskeletal / anatomical diagram — like the muscles and skeleton visible.
- The figure showed the entire body from head to toe.
- The theme seemed related to reading body language, human behavior, or quickly assessing people.
- I vaguely remember something like “60-second assessment” or quick observation being mentioned, but I’m not 100% sure.
It was not a medical anatomy textbook, but more of a psychology / behavior / body-language type book.
Does anyone know what book this might be? Even guesses would help.
