My wife has never been a bit reader. I read a lot and listen to a lot of audiobooks. We have listened to Pillars of the Earth and Shogun together which she has enjoyed a lot, next we plan to listen to Lonesome Dove. She has been reading the Shatter Me series by Tahereh Mafi and enjoyed them a lot. I'm looking for a recommendation for a physical book series she can read alone that is aimed more at adults than late teens. I'm aiming to get it for Mothers Day. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
