You could try Sociopath by Patric Gange. Not all sociopaths are narcissists, but there is overlap, so it might provide some insight. The audiobook is great – narrated by the author.

I enjoyed Sociopath: A Memoir by Patric Gagne. She’s a sociopath who became a psychotherapist.
I don’t recall if she considered herself a sociopath with narcissistic tendencies, but she definitely went into detail about the different kinds of anti-social personality traits and disorders.
