Might be too specific but worth a shot. A is completely in love; sexually and romantically. B can be straight or just not into them sexually but love them platonically or just put up with them even though their not into it which is a big source of angst for A. Must be some sort of a relationship between them but not what A wants. Toxic, coercive is fine.
