So I started trying to read again for fun because I did it as a kid and remembered some of my best days being when I opened up a good book. I’m requesting a few suggestions:
1). An unconventional action page-turner that keeps you invested from the first word.
2). A feel-good adventure story
3). Relatable coming-of-age stories in small or post-industrial towns
4). Best Indian period pieces

1) *The Hollow Chocolate Bunnies of The Apocalypse* by Robert Rankin
2) *Bridge of Birds* by Barry Hughart
3) *Shuggie Bain* by Douglas Stuart, although it’s not exactly a “small town” setting.
4) *A Suitable Boy* by Vikram Seth
