I wanna get back into reading actual books again but I don’t know where to find stuff that I’d actually like.
I wanna read more romance but as a queer person, the whole alpha man x submissive housewife is BORING.
I’m looking for something with Femdom or at least a main protagonist that’s in control and not just a little girl in a woman’s body. I don’t really know where to look either.
What I’m looking for:
-a COMPETENT female protagonist that’s not described as a ‘little girl’ or anything similar
-a male romantic interest that’s either starts off as a massive green flag or a massive misogynist that slowly learns to change his ways*
-ACTUAL FUCKING ROMANCE (as in there’s chapters where they go on dates and get to know each other)
-Accurate BDSM portrayals with proper safety precautions and safewords
-actual bdsm dynamics and proper usage of terms, equipment, etc.
-a storyline that isn’t just ‘CEO x Assistant’, I want something creative (can be fantasy)*
