    Hi everyone! I’m looking for some advice and recommendations on books related to healing your relationship with food through learning and understanding.

    I am a 32 year-old female. I was barely making high school and slowly overtime was able to break those haven’t actually keep food down. Some fun. I’ve definitely yo-yo about 10 to 15 pounds over the last decade or so. Lately I’ve been the most active I’ve ever had in my life. I have run 2 marathons this year and plan to do a full marathon this year and I’ve been strength training three times a week. It’s really good for my mental health and it’s been also physically good for me to be moving and watching myself overcome physical challenges.

    I also work in stem and I like to understand more than being told. I’m looking for something educational but also helpful. I definitely want a credentialed and knowledgeable author… no junk science. Books I’ve come across include:
