Hi all, I’m looking for a sort of niche in historical fiction recommendations- specifically from the era of Hundred Years War or earlier ( I just love medieval and sword and sandals/sorcery type books)
I’ve recently been reading and am finishing up David Gillman’s “Master of War” series and absolutely loved it- highly recommend if you like a gritty series as I do
I’ve read David Gemmel’s Troy, Conn Iguldens Wolf of the Plains, Bernard Cornwell “Azincourt” and “Grail Quest” and “Winter King”
Hopefully you fine book lovers can recommend me something!
As an additional note- I can’t stand reading book written in 1st person, so would love to avoid those titles if possible!
