    Looking for something to help me. I’m 28, female..

    I used to be very outgoing but now i’m introverted and have crippling social anxiety.

    I feel like the shift occurred around covid, which is also when I started dating my ex so I was no longer going on dates, practicing flirting or really meeting new people at all… Then over time most of my college friends moved away. My ex and I broke up about a year ago and I moved back in with my parents and I feel like they are my only source of socialization.

      Good Anxiety by Dr. Wendy Suzuki. Helped me understand *why* our brains reach for that anxious state and I feel like I got much better at sorting out when to listen and when to fight it.
