I am trying to get into reading and would love some recommendations for beginner-friendly books that can help me build confidence and improve my mindset. I recently finished Atomic Habits. It’s indeed a good book and beginner friendly but as I understand why it’s so popular I personally felt like many of the ideas were repeated throughout the book in slightly different ways. It started to feel a bit monotonous for me and I realized that I don’t enjoy books that stretch one concept across multiple chapters without adding much new insight.
Since I’m just starting out with reading, I’m looking for books that are easy to read and not too heavy or complicated, engaging enough to keep me interested, unique and fresh, practical insights rather than repetition, ideally related to confidence, self-growth or mindset
I’m also open to story-based or narrative-style books if they still deliver meaningful lessons, since I think that might keep me more hooked as a w
beginner.
Basically, I want something that actually makes me feel like I’m learning or gaining a new perspective with each chapter, instead of going in circles.
