I went to read a lot of little creepy stories with supernatural/ghostly dangers.
I'm not interested in anything where the focus is on humanity or psychological horror. Genuine ghosts and monsters please.
Any collections that fit this bill?
Example of what I don't want: North American Lake Monsters. Good book, but too much "the horror is man", not enough lake monsters.

Books of Blood by Clive Barker might hit what you’re after. Very creature forward and not really subtle about it.
Also maybe The Dark Descent anthology. It’s older but there’s a lot of straight up monsters and supernatural stuff in there without leaning too hard on “it’s actually about people.”
