I don't read much and am a bit of a film nerd but I think books can explore some themes deeper and in a way movies can't. I would like suggestions for a book about obsession.
Let me be clear I do NOT want books about a romantic obsession or an obsession with another person. I would like to read about obsession with a lifestyle, a dream, a skill, or an art/sport.
Similar films would be Whiplash and Marty Supreme.
