A several months-long phase of studying for an exam ended today, and I'll finally have a little more time on my hands for reading again. So: I'm curious to find out what you'll suggest.
Looking for something that's easy to read, but well-written at the same time. Bonus points for short chapters and lots of suspense.
For reference: the last book I read was Ruth Ware's "The Turn of the Key". Definitely not the deepest or even, strictly speaking, one of the "best" books I've ever read, but pretty entertaining and hard to put down.
Any ideas?
