I'm old, and I'm getting tired of action instead, I'm falling more and more in love with gardening.
I would like a book that just it someone talking about a garden, no love story and not lots of fantasy. Just garden

Yes! Jamaica Kincaid wrote that book for you! My Garden Book it’s called. Its essays about her garden with not too much musing about the state of the world, mostly just writing about gardening in its wonderful annoying glory.
There’s also The Secret Garden. It’s a kids book, no fantasy.
