Hey everyone i hope you all are doing fine.
I personally long for the kind of romance stories where two people don't get to meet at the end.
So if you have any such Novel recommendations where it's cute and lovely but they don't end up together then please tell me (Bonus points : if one of them dies at the end).

Look up Taylor Jenkins Reid. Her earlier books deal with complicated love that may or may not work out. Not sure it’s *exactly* what you’re looking for, but they are excellent books with romantic but complex love stories that make you think about life.
Also, a helpful tip in your search. Generally a “Romance” book/novel will have a happy ending. A “love story” book is not a guaranteed happy ending. The peeps over at r/romancebooks taught me that and it’s helpful!!
