I’m not a reader and really want to get into but I know I need a book I can’t put down. I have some friends that asked if I want to join a book club. We have to each pick a book so I’m looking for some suggestions of books that I can easily get into that would also be good for a book club. I also believe most of the girls are readers so I’m guessing they have read most popular books (but I’ll still take those rec for myself!)
I think in terms of genres I would like romance, mystery/suspense/crime? And I think I could get into a good memoir/bio

Allow me to recommend We Were Liars by E. Lockhart. There’s also a prime video series adaptation.
This book had me chucking it across the room in disbelief as soon as the twist came. It’s truly a work of art. I hope you like it😊
The Glass Castle by Jeannette Walls went down really well with our book club recently.
