My girlfriend and I want to start a mini book club but dont want to commit to a full length novel. We are looking for anything in the realm of fantasy, sci fi, post apocalyptic or post modern sphere around 100 pages or so. Please suggest a great book for us to read and analyze!

Here are some you might like. Page numbers taken from Storygraph and Goodreads so they may be inaccurate, but these are all pretty short:
* The Salt Grows Heavy by Cassandra Khaw, 106 pages
* In the Watchful City by S. Qiouyi Lu. 191 pages
* What Moves the Dead by T. Kingfisher. 165 pages
* Silverfish by Rone Shavers. This is short, but very dense and I imagine there would be tons to talk about in a book club with it. 103 pages
* The Ballad of Black Tom by Victor LaValle. Inspired by the much older and very racist H. P. Lovecraft story The Horror at Red Hook, which might make for some interesting discussion. 160 pages.
* The Vegetarian by Han Kang, 187 pages
* The Year’s Midnight by Rachel Neumeier, T193 pages
* The Employees by Olga Ravn, 125 pages
* The Butcher of the Forest by Premee Mohamed, 160 pages
* And What Can We Offer You Tonight by Premee Mohamed, 80 pages? That’s what Goodreads says but I’m *sure* this is longer than that. I read it as an ebook, though, so page numbers can’t be accurately determined from that.
* The Worm and His Kings by Hailey Piper, 124 pages
* The Necessity of Stars by E. Catherine Tobler, 69 pages
* The Freeze Frame Revolution by Peter Watts, 192 pages
* A Short Stay in Hell by Steven Peck, 104 pages
