Hii so I'm TIRED of seeing the obsession around "the villain gets the girl." I want a gender flip.

I wanna read a book where the villainous gets the man.

I'm a sucker for strong and self reliant women and soft and devoted men.

When I say strong women, I mean strong in every way. Independent and know what they want. When I say soft men, I don't mean passive or weak. I just mean more emotional and kind, perhaps.

No, he doesn't have to be shorter or physically weaker than her, I'd prefer it if he were taller. BUT I wouldn't want them to have a very huge height gap.

Any romance books with this trope work for me. Fantasy, real life, it doesn't bother me.

It doesn't necessarily have to be explicit, I'm perfectly fine with YA books. But if it is spicy, i would want books where SHE is the dominant one and he's the willing submissive one. Because frankly speaking, I am TIRED of the normalisation of the men always being the dominant ones.

    That's all. 🫠

(Tldr: Looking for book recommendations with where the dominant villainous gets the softer and more submissive MMC).

    1. Yeah id like to read that. Bonus points if she’s actually a villain and not a good woman trapped in unfortunate circumstances that make her do “bad” things.

    2. AleksandrNevsky on

Does the man have to be the protagonist? Or like what’s the protagonist’s interaction with this couple?
