Haven’t read anything cover to cover in over 4 years, SUGGESTIONS NEEDED BADLY!!

I'm a 20 yr old college student and with everything in my life finally starting to stabilize I'm looking to get back into reading! I used to really heavily enjoy fantasy and dystopian books (ex: the hobbit, lord of the rings, stereotypical YA section stuff), but I feel like I've definitely outgrown that section in the library so I suppose I want something a little more adult. Maybe something in the realm of non-fiction, but I will always love a good fiction book. I'd love something with more complex themes (ex morality, mortality, etc.) and hopefully minimal smut (I can do a little, but I tried acotar and I just couldn't lol). In a perfect world, it wouldn't be something with super old and complex language, just because I do struggle with dyslexia and if I'm just getting back into reading I don't want anything insanely difficult to comprehend to start, but I'm really willing to try anything!
