Looking for self-help or horror Suggestions

I’n a mama and teacher going through a divorce. Spring break is just about here, and I would love book suggestions!!! I tend not to read the super super popular stuff out there, but if something stands out, let me know.

I’m really into self-help and navigating these current troubling waters, but horror is my favorite genre. Nonfiction is also pretty great if it’s a topic I enjoy.
