I'm currently taking an Introduction to Neuroscience course at my college this semester and I don't really feel like I'm learning that much about it. It's an online course, there's no midterms or a final exam, and the weekly quiz assignments are open note. There's also no textbook linked with the course so I can't really look at a textbook along with the powerpoints my professor has uploaded and the powerpoints they've uploaded are all less than 30 slides each with minimal information on each slide. If anybody has any suggestions on books or textbooks about neuroscience that's a beginner or introductory level, that'll be much appreciated. I'd also really like it if some books are kind of recently published maybe in the last 10 years or so! Thanks in advance!
