I joined a book club recently who mostly reads novels and fiction, and next month I got assigned to choose which book we are going to read. There's no specific theme in the club so they are pretty much open to any kind of book. I'm a huge histoy and anthopology nerd so I want to suggest one in that field but all the books I have are long and I don't want to choose anything they might find boring. So any help would be very much appreciated.
