I'm a huge fan of H. P Lovecraft and I'm looking for some books with similar themes, mostly about eldritch or cosmic horror. Im not bothered by gore or dark themes as long as there is no explicit S/A. Preferably with no/ Very little romance
I'm also looking for urban legend horror. Again, No/ Very little romance

You should probably check out The City We Became by NK Jemisin. If you like that, the second book in the duology is The World We Make.
The Fisherman by John Langan is great if you want that slow, cosmic dread. Feels very Lovecraft adjacent without copying it.
Also The Ballad of Black Tom if you want something shorter with a similar vibe.
Have you tried *The Willows* by Algernon Blackwood? And then recently, T. Kingfisher wrote a book loosely based on it, called *The Hollow Places*.
I’m only about a quarter into it, so it might run in a different direction later on, but so for I’m really enjoying *King Sorrow* by Joe Hill. There are mentions of S/A but nothing described, and the only “romance” so far is the main character avoiding romance.
