Book for 70ish old man?

Hi. Im a barista and I have this regular customer who always comes in and reads a book. I think he is in his 60-70ish. Were not really close but hes been supporting us for a couple of years now and I kind of want to get him a small gift since im leaving for a month. I was thinking of buying him a book from Amazon so I can give it to him this week but I honestly dont know much about books . Any recommendations? I saw A Man Called Ove but im not sure if thats a good pick.
