Looking for good book club books recs (with a movie adaptation) that spark good discussions +

I'm looking for good books for my (Dutch) bookclub.

– written 1950 – present
– made into a movie (we always watch the movie after our discussion)
– translated to Dutch
– a story that triggers good conversation/discussion
– no longer than 500 pages

So far we've read Little Women, Peter Pan, Macbeth, Mickey7, The Perks of Being a Wallflower. Since we've read some older books, we'd love some more contemporary suggestions.
