Interesting book that will teach me more about Muammar Gaddafi himself and/or honest experiences of him as a leader

Kind of a niche ask but I’m hoping someone here can point me in the right direction. I want to understand him better both as a person and a leader, and how the people he ruled felt during his leadership. Thank you!
