Hello everybody! I‘m writing a thesis about the concept of friendship in modern literature and I need your help with book recommendations. The texts I’m analyzing should be in english originally (as i‘m studying english-speaking cultures) and mention friendship between adults. I am in need of books about adults (or young adults…) and for adults (not children). It can be modern classics or just a book where the word „friend“ is mentioned at least twice haha
I‘ll be very grateful to all of your suggestions 🥺 I‘m sure that people here can recommend something!
P.S. the more famous the book is the better as it means it‘s easier to find as i don‘t live in an english speaking country rn
