The books can be fiction or non-fiction. I am interested in a character navigating all the various challenges in life after psychosis. I wonder if I will ever find what I need through the account of another person, real or fictional, but I keep looking. I have been experiencing psychosis at greater and lesser intensities for over a decade.
I have read a lot about this topic–too many to list. Books like Zen and The Art Of Motorcycle Maintenance and Elyn Saks and others.
Just curious to look through what people come up with. You never know what the internet will surprise you with. Thanks in advance!
