Does anyone know any fiction books to help inspire me to study – not in a uni is so important but rather in life is so vast and uni is an important element kind of way. I'm lowkey getting burnt out, and I want to stop putting too much pressure on studying. I want to prioritise life, learning and experience over this grade and the need to have it all figured out. Also coming of age is my favourite genre, so if you know any books where they are going through everyday things or the character/s are really well developed with bad and good facets and prominent internal dialogue, that would be great. Thanks

The Idiot by Elif Batuman along with Either/Or are good, also the Neopolitan Novels series by Elena Ferante has a huge chunk where the main character is in high school and university and explores a lot of personal/interpersonal struggles during that time (especially the first 2 books).
The Heart Is A Lonely Hunter, Carson McCullers. I enjoy Mick Kelly’s story.
A Tree Grows In Brooklyn, Betty Smith.
The Perks of Being A Wallflower, Stephen Chbosky.
The Chosen, Chaim Potok.
