Hi, I’d like to read some more books from the aforementioned genres. The last book I’ve read is the first novel in the Heralds of Valdemar trilogy by Mercedes Lackey. I liked it very much. Here are some extra points important for me:
🔴 No
– harmful views hidden under the guise of “historical accuracy”
– excessive SA
– stories that are all doom and gloom and make you feel miserable instead of providing entertainment OR stories that are just humour (I’m sorry but I hated The Hitchhiker’s Guide… I found it to be pure nonsense. I’m also not a fan of Discworld novels)
– VERY long novels
🟡 Maybe
– all of the things mentioned above in moderation by an author sensitive enough to write them tactfully
🟢 Yes
– blending seriousness and humour
– big cast of characters
– friendship and/or romance
My favourite video games:

🥈Silent Hill (well, considering my guidelines maybe DON’T count it in, lol)
🥉Baldur’s Gate 3
Honourable mention: Fable (all of them)
I’m also a big fan of TTRPG.
