I am looking for a book that is similar to some of the greats told on the No Sleep subreddit. I am trying to read some truly terrifying stuff. Bonus points if it includes creepy ghost girl tropes like The Ring and The Grudge, entities under the street light like The Smiling Man, that sort of horror.
Notable r/nosleep stories that creeped me out were the one about the Smiling Woman and the Orange, the British royal guard, the park ranger stories, etc.
Nothing wholesome like most of the more modern r/nosleep content, I want truly terrifying and dread inducing. Let me know if you have any good recs, and Ill be more than happy to check them out.
