I just came off a binge of Colleen Hoover and I get why people are obsessed. The pacing, the emotional punches, the way it pulls you in fast and doesn’t let go. Now I’m stuck in that weird spot where nothing else feels intense enough and I keep dropping books after a few chapters.
I’m looking for something with that same addictive quality. Doesn’t have to be romance only, just something that hooks hard, keeps the tension high, and makes it impossible to stop reading. Books that mess with your emotions a bit are a plus.
What should I pick up next that actually lives up to that level?
