Was watching some old tv on youtube and processing what it was like to be young in that time: things like the really pervasive schoolgirl fetish, worse expectations of how to interact with adults, being harassed in middle school way more than in college or later, etc. – generally things that made it hard to feel comfortable in one's body when young. Interested in analyses of societal trends and thoughts on whether/the extent to which we are moving away from these sorts of things. Open to nonfiction or fiction but would prefer something in which we are not in a predator's head (i.e. Lolita).

I’m reading Consent by Vanessa Springora right now and I think it sounds like what you’re looking for. It’s a woman’s nonfictional account of her grooming as a young teenager, with special attention paid to the permissive culture that facilitated her abuse in that time and place (1980s France).
Similar but not exact: Girl on Girl: How Pop Culture Turned a Generation of Women Against Themselves by Sophie Gilbert
Paris Hilton’s biography.
Also, check out the Abercrombie docco on Netflix.
My Dark Vanessa is fiction but kind of ticks these boxes.
It has been a while since I read these books, but I remember Peggy Orenstein talking about this topic in *Girls & Sex* and *Boys & Sex*.
