Recently read 'Tender is the Flesh' by Agustine Bazterrica, the thought humans being prey is mesmerizing in a weird way.

Any good recommendations for books involving Cannibalism?

That book absolutely wrecked me when I read it last year. The way Bazterrica writes about the normalization of it all was so disturbing but I couldn’t put it down.

You might want to check out The Road by Cormac McCarthy – not exactly focused on cannibalism but it has some really dark moments that gave me similar vibes. Also heard good things about The Luminous Dead though that’s more sci-fi horror. Raw by Scott Monk is another one that explores some pretty intense survival themes.

Fair warning though – after reading Tender is the Flesh I had to take like a month break from anything too heavy. Working in kitchen already makes you think weird thoughts about meat sometimes and that book just amplified everything in strangest way possible.
