Just as the title says. I wants some good historical high society intrigue recs. Lots of balls, and gossips, and fashion. Preferably the fashion is accurate, or at least not pretending to be accurate if it's not. Magic is okay, but I'd really love something heavily politic-y without too much puritanical "do the right thing at all costs".
I've read *The Tethered Mage* series, the the *Fray* series by Rowenna Miller, *Snow Flower and The Secret Fan*, and of course, watched Bridgerton. Bonus points for a good audio book
