I’m in the mood for a romance book, but I’m struggling to find one that doesn't feel too "fairytale" or over-the-top. I really want a story where the characters have genuine chemistry and the dialogue feels like something people would actually say. I don’t mind if it’s a slow burn or a bit emotional, as long as the relationship feels earned by the end.
