Help! I have read too many thrillers and I think I'm done with them. I don't seem to enjoy them anymore.
What are your favourite books with fast-moving and exciting plots that feel like thrillers but belong to other genres?
Here are some books I've read recently that I really enjoyed, to give you an idea of what I like.
– The Pines series by Blake Crouch
– The Bright Years by Sarah Damoff
– The Road to Tender Hearts by Annie Hartnett
– Atmosphere by Taylor Jenkins Reid
Thanks for any suggestions you have. 🙂

oh and if you want something completely different genre but still gripping, try some good horror that focuses more in atmosphere than jump scares. mexican gothic was pretty intense without being traditional thriller
