If i love the Patrick Melrose novel series, what should be my next read?

As said, I was so in love with the five abusive and horrifyingly beautiful novels (I‘m currently watching the tv series btw), and I‘m wondering what are some other good reads that are similar to them.

These type of novels are pretty new to me, cause I was toooo into fantasies before. the only other novel that seemed to be in this genre I‘ve read is A Thousand Splendid Suns.
