No idea if such a book even exists, but I'm curious if it does. Speculative sci fi set after the end of the universe (heat death, implosion, eldritch tomfoolery etc.)
***Seveneves* by Neal Stephenson (2015)** is a sci-fi chonker that starts with the sentence “The moon blew up without warning and for no apparent reason.” What follows is how humanity tries to secure their future as the post-moon apocalypse occurs. It is excellent. Only took me a week to read all 800/900 pages.

Tau Zero. Goes beyond the end of our universe and what comes after it. Physics are not in line with current cosmological models but still a fun ride to the end of time.
