I am looking for fiction books that contain one or more of the following themes: body swap, gender swap, gender bender, sexual magic, & sex-related metamorphosis. When I say sexual magic, I don't mean Sex Magic (i.e. where 2 people have intercourse and the intercourse fuels a magical spell); I mean something more like Cock and Bull by Will Self (people grow additional sex organs). Or sex-related strange happenings/metamorphosis, sex-related superpowers, body swap across gender but super descriptive on how they are adjusting and coping (or not) with their new body.
It really needs to be sexually explicit/graphic, but I'm not looking for straight-up erotica where the story is crap and unrealistic steamy scenes take place; I'm looking for GOOD PLOT but also explicit. An example would be the Empyrean series by Rebecca Yarros, which in essence is a riveting fantasy dragon rider series but has Several Long Explicit (if admittedly vanilla) sex scenes.
OMG it could even be body horror as long as it's gender or sex related. Love horror.

One of the best books I’ve ever read is Where I End and You Begin by Preston Norton. That was like 5yrs ago, and I’ve been looking for something to measure up to that ever since lol.
Another much wilder one while less explicit is Behind Her Eyes by Sarah Pinborough.
The Khymeera books by Joanna Noor are erotic sword & sorcery with tons of gender-swapoing and gender fuckery.
Flesh Trade & Trade Bait by Taedis are fun, erotic thrillers with plenty of gender/body swapping.
