Practical books. I've been listening a lot to financial stuff, and been investing some money myself so I can eventually retire early and have financial freedom.
The pattern I've noticed is that you do need to work outside of paycheck to paycheck job mentality, so I absolutely need to start learning these 2 skills as they will be helpful all around for when I get around to finding my strengths and selling/providing service in the area that interests me.
Currently reading "The Psychology of Money", bonus if you can request a great finance book as well
