– early 2000s / NYC / big city setting

– introspective, detached, slightly depressed narrator

– “pretty girl going through it” energy

– rich / art / fashion / Upper East Side vibes are a plus

I loved My Year of Rest and Relaxation and I’m chasing that same lonely, aesthetic, doing-nothing-but-spiraling feeling.

Not really into fantasy or heavy romance
