I’ve only read romance books my whole life (I’ve only read 5 non-romance books in my adult life) I want to venture out but every time I pick up a book out of my comfort zone I always fail to finish it. So I would consider myself a pretty picky reader. Suggest me something that absolutely NO ONE can pass up!!!

There’s no such thing as a book that “no one” can pass up. What is it about non-romance books that have made you stop reading? What other interests do you have? Have you read romance that crosses over into other genres, if so which genres?
What did you not finish?
Classics, try *A Handmaid’s Tale* or *The Giver*.
Modern fiction, you may like, *Nothing to See Here* by Kevin Hearne or *Little Fires Everywhere.*
Sci-fi, *An Absolutely Remarkable Thing* hooks you right out of the gates. Some romantic scenes but romance isn’t central to the story.
Fantasy, *Earthsea* or *The Rage of Dragons*
Try mistborn it’ll be a good gateway into other books
