I’m a 25 year old woman looking for books about healing from sexual assault. I was assaulted at 16 by a close friend and having a hard time finding books that are relevant to my case. I was in an abusive relationship that blamed me and my family was exactly supportive either. I don’t want anything graphic as it may be triggering. More about healing and confronting the shame around the assault. I recently listened to mother hunger to help with some of my CPTSD and that helped tremendously so hoping to find another book to help me with this. Thanks in advance!
