I have been dealing with depression and anxiety so wanted to start reading to give myself a fresh start. It would be really helpful and kind of you to suggest me books as per my description given below.
SELF HELP
• I don't want something too dominating or forceful positivity but a book that's like a gentle breeze which shifts your thoughts with explanations that keep you engaged and help you improving yourself.
PSYCHOLOGY
• I wanted to read about the nature of women more deeply how they suffer in society, in relationships what goes in their mind and their followed actions to cope , to be better. How they suffer in the small things or even when society claims women have got enough freedom but still they face discrimination or problems etc.It could be through a fictional story that highlights all this deeply.
