    New in this sub

    So i have come across that books really help build your personality, mindset, thoughts, discipline and many more things, and I really need those.

    So guys, suggest some books that i should read, like for motivation, discipline, reduce screen time. my brain is fu*ked up with social media addiction, corn, and mobile addiction.

    so i need books. as a non-reader, that will change my life and help me stay disciplined, consistent and more focused

    Um, so suggest some books that are easily available or free online; if i get interested, then I'll definitely buy it.

    1. I don’t necessarily have any self-help recs, but some general advice I can give you:

      -if you have trouble paying attention, use both a physical book and an audiobook at the same time. The more senses you have focused on it, the less likely you’ll get distracted. It also helps with comprehension.

      -avoid reading on your phone if you can, it’s a temptation. If you really want to read digitally, set timers on your apps (or on websites if you’re reading on a laptop) so you at least have a barrier preventing you from switching back to social media mindlessly

      -get yourself a library card! Chances are your local library has an online catalog (Libby, Overdrive, Cloud) where you can check out ebooks. Using those platforms supports the library system, which benefits everybody!
