I love it so much! I’ve been practicing secure attachment in therapy and my relationships so I had been excited about this book coming out. His first book, Attached, really helped me to put theory into practice, and Secure builds on it. Do you have any attachment stories, general thoughts ab attachment, or thoughts ab the book? TIA!

I haven’t started Secure yet but I loved Attached so much,it completely changed how I look at my past relationships. The way Levine explains the anxious-avoidant trap was such an eye-opener. Excited to see how this one expands into more areas of life beyond romance.
Attached is one of those books I recommend to literally everyone. If Secure builds on it with more tools for friendships and family dynamics too, I’m sold. Dr. Levine seems really good at making the science feel applicable without being overwhelming.
