Can you recommend a book for my 97 year old mother-in law regarding lost love and or kids leaving the earth before their parents? it doesn’t have to be a true story, fiction but heart warming. I came across one previously and forgot to save it, so hoping for a recommendation.

real tough topic
Remarkably Bright Creatures by Shelby Van Pelt. The main woman is an eldey widow and her son disappeared on a boat when he was 18 (he is dead, there’s no surprise reunion). Very heartwarming with an upcoming Netflix adaptation.
